What the information here is, and is not

The content on this site is general information about what we do. It is not financial advice, investment advice, legal advice or tax advice, and it does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting on anything here, get advice from someone licensed to give it for your circumstances.

Nothing on this site is an offer of a tenancy, an offer to lease, or an invitation to apply for a specific property. Registering your interest places you on a waitlist. It is not an application, it creates no tenancy rights, and it does not oblige either of us to enter an agreement. Where a listed home is owned or provided by another organisation, any tenancy is arranged with that organisation, not with us.

Figures and projections

Where this site shows a modelled or indicative figure, it is labelled that way and shown with the assumption it rests on. A model is a projection, not a result and not a promise. Actual outcomes depend on the property, the market, occupancy and costs, and they will differ. Where a figure describes the founder's track record, it describes work done across a career and is not a representation about what this business has achieved or will achieve.

Images and homes shown on this site

Photographs across this site illustrate the ideas we describe, such as shared living, household life and repositioned homes. They are licensed stock images, not photographs of homes we manage, and they are not ours to sub-license.

The exception is the Properties pages. Listings there show images of the actual home, such as photographs, renders or floor plans supplied by its owner or provider. Renders are illustrations, and the finished home may differ in detail.

Where a weekly rate is shown, it is an estimate, not a quoted price, and availability is confirmed on enquiry.

Enquiries

An enquiry through this site starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, an engagement or a client relationship. Any engagement we take on is scoped and agreed separately in writing. What you send us is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Our content

The text, design, logo and layout of this site belong to Gather and Stay Collective Pty Ltd or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. Please do not republish, sell or use our content or brand as your own without asking us first.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Availability and liability

We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment. We may change or remove content without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the version that applies, and the effective date at the top tells you when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
